What:  Cereal & Soybean Grower Session

When:  March 11th, 2010

Where:  St. Bridget's Parish Hall, Shubenacadie

Time:  10am to 3:30pm

Lunch?  Please note that Cavendish will provide lunch and an afternoon program to 3:30pm.

The cereal & soybean meeting is a joint effort between Cavendish Agri Services and Agrapoint to bring in Peter Johnson, Ontario's Cereal Specialist and Robert MacDonald, a PEI grain-soybean grower.  Robert is a partner in Atlantic Soy Corp., a company that grows-processes a big acreage of soybeans for the Japanese human consumption market.  Peter Johnson is an excellent speaker and brings lots of experience in winter wheat and spring cereal management.

Note:  This cereal & soybean session, combined with Cavendish's afternoon program, should have 5 Pesticide Re-certification points for those attending.
